By accessing or using forrestry.ai and Funnel Studio™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Funnel Studio™ is an AI-powered content generation tool that creates marketing funnel assets including landing page copy, webinar scripts, email sequences, and ad copy. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Founding member pricing ($47/mo) is locked for 2 years from the date of initial subscription. After the 2-year lock period, pricing may be adjusted with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you are not satisfied with Funnel Studio™, you may request a full refund within 14 days of subscribing. Contact support@forrestry.ai to initiate a refund.
You retain full ownership of all content generated using Funnel Studio™. You grant forrestry.ai no rights to your generated content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
All intellectual property associated with forrestry.ai and its products — including but not limited to the Funnel Studio™ and Brain Dump™ names, logos, product designs, user interface layouts, software architecture, AI methodologies, prompt engineering techniques, content generation workflows, marketing frameworks, and all related documentation — is the exclusive property of forrestry.ai.
The names "Funnel Studio," "Brain Dump," and "forrestry.ai" are trademarks of forrestry.ai. Use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim of common-law trademark rights. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the forrestry.ai platform, its underlying technology, proprietary processes, or product methodology. This includes but is not limited to the stage-based funnel generation system, the Brain Dump™ conversation framework, the Strategic Blueprint architecture, and any AI-driven content generation pipelines used within the service.
All website content — including text, graphics, videos, page layouts, and marketing copy — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without express written consent from forrestry.ai.
forrestry.ai reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity that infringes upon its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual damages, and recovery of legal fees.
forrestry.ai provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
